Personal care for our clients who need help with medication, washing, dressing and intimate care is expertly delivered through our 360 SHS division. We cover all areas in and around Canterbury including Thanet, Dover, Deal and Sandwich, Whitstable, Herne Bay, and everywhere in between.

We created the personal care division in 2022 to provide our clients continuity of care.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our inspection last Spring rated us Good and made special mention of some of our outstanding qualities.

Our team

Our management team has ten year’s experience. We came into care to disrupt expectations and to deliver exceptional service. We have been joined by a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager and a team of dedicated personal carers.

Everyone is well-qualified and experienced. Our personal carers embody love, care, generosity, and compassion.

Before the service commences, the Registered Manger will visit you in your home free of charge.

Your care plan will be updated regularly and new goals will be set in accordance to your wishes.
